A Few Keys To Our Safety Approach Include:

• Monthly safety training sessions using videos, handouts, and quizzes for ALL employees.
• A monthly safety meeting with ALL management employees to address areas of concern and reiterate a commitment to safety within all departments.
• A monthly safety webinar designed to keep all upper management employees up to date on the latest in safety best practices and regulatory changes.
• A comprehensive corporate safety policy approved by IS Networld.
• A zero-tolerance drug policy, which requires as a condition of employment: new hire, random, post-accident and reasonable cause drug testing.
• We provide OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 courses to employees.
• Employees involved in cement work undergo MSHA training.
• We have in place a comprehensive DOT compliance program, including yearly MVR reports and operator physicals.
• Before every job, our safety team coordinates with customer safety executives in order to identify safety hazards specific to the job.
